Our annual visit to Krugers Pumpkin Patch on Sauvies Island was even more special, having Nathan this year. Even so he's too little to appreciate it, we collected our favorites: pumpkins, squash, veggies and kettle corn!
Nathan is a great little traveler thus far but it's a delicate balance with him wanting to eat every 2 hours or less. Especially since we are both still getting the hang of breastfeeding, accomplishing this in public is still a bit of a challenge.
Well, our first week with Nathan has been wonderful and challenging all at the same time. He's really such a great baby and getting to know him and his sounds, expressions and ways of being really trump any of the newborn challenges that are a part of our journey together.
He just started opening his eyes more regularly this weekend.
I need to work on my camera skills to get some close-ups without the blur!
Amazing!!! hardly describes this miracle of birth. We are just so excited and in awe to finally meet our little man. It was quite an adventure for all of us. From induction to delivery...21 hours with 8 hrs of that being in active labor. Everyone is in great health and doing well!
